Ed Chambers is president of the Service Trades Council, the labor group that represents more than 20,000 full-time workers at Walt Disney World. Chambers, 54, is also president of United Food and Commercial Workers 1625, which represents Disney merchandise workers, florists and tip-earning banquet workers, and is one of six unions in the council. He spoke with the Sentinel's Jason Garcia .
