T he Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival returns for its 20 t h run on Wednesday. Some elements, including several topiaries and the floating gardens, already are in place at the theme park. There are new twists this year, including 12 marketplaces serving distinctive food and drink plus, for the first time, most of the gardens will be illuminated for night viewing.

On this day back in 1920, actor Tony Randall (born Arthur Leonard Rosenberg) is born in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Opening, and hosted the 1987 TV special Walt Disney World Celebrity Circus. He also starred in the 1986 Disney TV episode Sunday Drive.
TV fans know him best as Felix Unger from the classic sitcom The Odd Couple and for his 70 appearances on David Letterman's Late Show.
Tony Randall passed away on May 17, 2004 in New York City.

On this day in 1919, comedian, actor, and songwriter, Red Buttons was born.
Buttons (born Aaron Chwatt), was an Academy Award winner for his role in the 1957 film, Sayonara.
How did he get the name "Red Buttons"? The combination of his red hair and the large, shiny buttons on the
bellhop uniforms inspired orchestra leader Charles "Dinty" Moore to call
him "Red Buttons," the name under which he would later perform.
He was in many other movies, but Disney fans will know him from the 1977 film, Pete's Dragon, where he played the character, "Hoagy".
In 2006, Red Buttons died of complications from high blood pressure at his home in Century City, Los Angeles, California surrounded by family members.

Pack Mules:
This attraction featured real mules which guests would ride to view simulated frontier lands and deserts.
This featured a real horse-drawn stagecoach. In 1956, after some new scenic landscape was added, the attraction was then called "Rainbow Mountain Stage Coaches" , until its closing in 1960.
