In Anaheim, Calif., today, next door to the first theme park it ever built, the Walt Disney Co.will unveil one of its most ambitious attractions in years: a canyon-lined, neon-lit complex based on the 2006 animated film "Cars" and filled with an assortment of new rides, shops and restaurants.
