WHAT: G-rated ghosts and goblins return to Disney World for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The event -- which begins Tuesday and requires a ticket separate from regular Magic Kingdom admission --features in-park trick-or-treating, special fireworks, a parade only seen at the party and interaction with Disney characters in Halloween costuming. New this year: the "Not-So-Scary Street Jam" just before the parade.
