Dole Whip Anyone?

So, you're at home and wishing that you were at the Disney parks enjoying a Dole Whip.  Problem is your next trip is nowhere in the near future.  What do you do?  You follow this recipe for a Dole Whip and then pretend that you're at the parks enjoying a Dole Whip without having to wait in the long lines for one!

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients


2 20 ounce cans Dole crushed pineapple with juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup sugar 
1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions

Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside.


Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.
  
Stir pineapple slush gently into whipped cream until slightly blended, in large bowl.

Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour.

Enjoy and pretend you are at Disney!

Here's when -- sort of -- to look for new Disney World attractions

Theme parks don't like to release opening dates until they're sure the new attraction will be ready for guests by that time. It would be bad form to do otherwise, really.
