WHAT: Disney World kicks off its spookiest season with the return of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, an after-hours, separate ticket event at Magic Kingdom theme park. Among the activities are Halloween-themed parade and fireworks, character-hosted dances and actual trick-or-treating throughout the park. New this year is the chance to meet Jack Skellington and Sally, characters from Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas."
