WHAT: It's not just eating and drinking at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. There's listening and singing along, too, at the fest's Eat to the Beat concert series, featuring well-known artists three times a day. On stage soon: Air Supply (Friday), Sister Hazel (Saturday and Sunday), Sugar Ray (Monday-Wednesday) and Edwin McCain (Thursday and next Friday).
