Disney Legend & Oscar-winning songwriter Richard Sherman is born in Manhattan, New York. He and his older brother Robert will go on to write many memorable songs for countless Disney features & park attractions.
They wrote so many famous and classic Disney Songs including Mary Poppins songs which if you want to get technical Mary Poppins built Walt Disney World. So their input is not without merit.
But my favorite Sherman Brothers song, sing it with me:
"There's a great big beautiful tomorrow... shinning at the end of every day....."
