June 28, 1995 The Main Street Athletic Club opens on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
The Main Street Athletic Club is located immediately after The Disney Clothiers on the left of Main Street as you approach the Castle from the main entrance. It specialises in character endorsed sports clothing, particularly football and baseball clothing, and men's golf shirts with Mickey Mouse embroidered on the pocket.
